Arts 4 Alfie Tomorrow!

If you fancy experiencing something a little different make sure you go to the Ukrainian Club on Saturday 21st March for an all day art and music extravaganza.

Becky Banks is a local musician and we wanted to salute her for working hard for such a good cause:

β€œI particularly wanted to do something for the Neo-Natal unit in memory of my nephew Alfie who was born 12 weeks premature. Quite frankly, I cannot sing the praises of the nurses enough and not enough money can be raised for the resources they need My idea was to do something interactive, child-friendly and accessible: so as well as featuring some of my favorite poets, dancers and musicians, there will be craft and written word workshops and activities for children. And it wouldn’t be a charity event without a cake stall and a raffle! So please come down and unearth the wealth of local artistic talent on your doorstep and show your support for the people who work miracles in their everyday”.

Becky Banks can by found playing guitar and performing across Doncaster. She’s a #DonnyLegend #DonnyGirlBoss.
